    1 small roasted beet

    1/4 of tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp of pink peppercorns
    1 tsp of Amandean's Premium Liposomal Vitamin C(Stir in after, not during blending)

    Preparation

    Add all the ingredients into a blender, except for the Liposomal Vitamin C. Blending liposomal nutrients can cause the liposome to break, so it’s better to add a spoonful afterwards!
