Once logged in, click on Manage Subscriptions on the left and then find Delivery Schedulealong the top of the page. Next find the product you want to adapt and select edit.

Once you update and save your delivery schedule, double check the next delivery date to be sure it matches your intention.

Yes, If you're going to be away or on vacation and want to skip a delivery, just log in and click Manage Subscriptions on the left. Then tap Delivery Schedule, found along the top of the page. Click Skipnextto the delivery you would like to skip and confirm. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

When you Subscribe & Save to one or more products on our site, an account will be created for you at the time of check-out. Login to the customer portal at any time once your first recurring order has been processed. You can login via your recurring order confirmation email or from the landing page on our website, using the button "LOGIN".

You can log in and successfully skip or cancel your next order up til midnight before the date it is set to process.

Yes, but there is not a specific “Hold” setting. However, you can do this by logging in to your account from the website, choosing Manage Subscriptions and then select edit next to the subscription/s you want to suspend. To do this, you will need to adjust your delivery date out to an extended period of time of your choosing. When you are ready to receive shipments again, log back in and adjust the next delivery date. Be sure the delivery interval matches your needs.
