Having a sweet tooth is certainly not easy to cope with. Thankfully, if you're determined to develop healthy habits and prioritize your well-being, you can find some fun ways to help you avoid the sugar binge. Nowadays, there are healthy alternatives for pretty much every guilty pleasure, and there are absolutely no excuses since many of these options taste amazing. Most of the time, you won't even be able to tell the difference!

What makes healthy alternatives superior is the fact that you can feel like you're indulging without the unwanted consequences of energy dips, bloating, guilt, or empty calories. On the contrary, the recipes we're focused on are packed with health benefits you won't want to miss out on.

If you're a die-hard gummie fan, it might be hard to face the ingredients list on traditional gummies that are packed with numerous artificial, red-flagged ingredients, including colors, aromas, and sugar. And since we're also quite fond of gummy treats, we've explored some healthy substitutes that are easy to make in your own kitchen. For today's healthy snack suggestion, we're talking about these insanely delicious ginger gummies with non-GMO Beef Gelatin for gut health.

While ginger may not be your first instinct when it comes to flavoring your gummies, don't knock it till you've tried it! Though some find the taste to be too prickly, ginger is always a great addition to any recipe thanks to its numerous health benefits, including the powerful anti-inflammatory effects it has on the body. The secret of ginger's healing characteristics lies in its bioactive compound - gingerol, a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent. People who struggle with nausea, both in the morning and as a result of a medical condition, have found ginger to be extremely helpful when managing these symptoms.
Furthermore, ginger has been found to ease symptoms of muscle soreness and aching, while also improving cardiovascular health and lowering cholesterol levels. Ginger is a timeless superfood of the best kind.

Nevertheless, its anti-inflammatory role in human health is quite possibly the most talked-about, prominent benefit, which has been studied extensively in arthritis and rheumatism patients, as well as digestive health. It is precisely the anti-inflammatory effect of ginger that has caught our attention, and to further intensify it in our anti-inflammatory gummies, we've added a second ingredient to bolster these effects even more! Keep reading.

    Ginger and Beef Gelatin Gummies

    Why Add Beef Gelatin?

Even though it may not sound particularly appealing by title alone, all-natural Beef Gelatin should not be an ingredient that puts you off. First and foremost, you should know that it is unflavored, which means that the aroma and taste of your dish will not be altered a single bit. In fact, Beef Gelatin fans use a scoop in a whole range of recipes needing an extra kick of collagen protein. Secondly, beef gelatin is a 100% natural, thickening agent, which replaces the artificial thickeners found in store-bought gummies. Whenever you need to achieve a jelly-like, thicker texture without using artificial ingredients or flour, you can count on beef gelatin to get the job done. And that's not all! Aside from being versatile, beef gelatin is essentially just collagen protein in a different form and the benefits list is extensive!

Gelatin is made in a collagen extraction process, which means that it contains a significant amount of this protein (85% or more) which is a vital structural protein found in muscles, bones, skin, cartilage, ligaments, joints, blood vessels, and pretty much every other part of the human body. If you're trying to follow a protein-rich diet, or you're simply looking to introduce more protein, beef gelatin is convenient way to make sure you're getting enough.

Collagen has been shown to play a significant role in skin health, promoting its firmness and smooth texture as you age. Furthermore, it has been found to promote lean muscle mass building, while also having a satiating effect which is particularly beneficial when it comes to trying to lose or maintain your weight. Collagen has also been linked to hair and nail health, hence its prominent place in the beauty industry. Eating your way to looking your best is indeed a real thing. Being a structural protein, it provides the bones with structure and strength, while also promoting a healthy night's sleep. Finally, premium-quality Beef Gelatin is also a potent anti-inflammatory agent which has been found to ease symptoms of inflammation in digestive health, auto-immune conditions, as well as inflammation as a result of strenuous physical activity.
