    Why Add Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides?

If you want to boost the health benefits of ginger & turmeric collagen shots, you’ll definitely want to add in a scoop of our unflavored, non-GMO collagen peptides. What’s a peptide you ask? A peptide is a really small strand of collagen protein that will gets easily digested by your body in a matter of just few hours after you consume it.

Collagen peptides trigger the production of new cells, revitalizing your hair, skin, nails, eyes, teeth, cartilage, bones, tendons, internal organs, arteries, blood vessels, and the immune system.

We can’t stop our body from aging, but we age more gracefully and prevent an excess of stiffness or pain in our joints, loss of muscle mass, weakness of the immune system, as well as wrinkled and dry skin.

Now that you are familiar with some of the benefits of an easy-to-mix collagen powder, let’s get our hands yellow and do some shots!

20 grams fresh turmeric/1 TSP of dried turmeric
