Recently hitting menopause, I was on the lookout for help with brain fog, energy, and also quality sleep. I feel this supplement has improve all three (better energy related to better sleep). But you DO need to be consistent and make it a daily habit to take these - also give it more than one bottle to reap the full benefits. When you notice it has helped is when you've taken about two bottles (so two months worth) and then stop taking it. It definitely makes a positive difference!

Look at the label and you will see quality features such as website and phone number posted. I have provided pictures for you to read. If there is no website or phone number, I won’t take a supplement. Third party testing is important to me because of a concern for heavy metals. From years of research, this supplement has ingredients that help brain function so their name “Brain Health Support” is valid. There are many beneficial forms of magnesium, but this has the most beneficial to support brain function as per my research. I already take these ingredients so finding them in one pill is more convenient. I have read that it is more beneficial for some to take more Lion’s Mane than this supplement provides, but for many, this amount may be all one might need. Price is reasonable for the quality ingredients. Since I already take these ingredients, I can say that they have helped me.

This actually works! I've been struggling with memory fog over the past few months. Tried a bunch of different supplements, including Omega-3, but nothing worked. Having use the Amandean Brain Health supplement, I finally feel like my memory is coming back. I wake up feeling much more rested and clear headed, and have been able to recall things - such as names and dates - with a lot more ease. I highly recommend this!

This is a unique brain health supplement for focus and memory issues. As I age, I’ve noticed that my memory isn’t as sharp as it used to be. I like that this contains lion’s mane as I’ve taken it in the past with success. I’ve also had magnesium l-theronate, but this product has a unique firm that crosses the blood-brain barrier. Though 3 capsules a day are required, this supplement basically contains three components in one. It also has an Italian brand of Alpha GPC which is rapidly absorbed and easily utilized by the brain to increase memory and learning. So far, I feel good on this supplement with no adverse effects. NonGMO, vegan, and third-party tested. Recommended.

I waited to review these until I finished the entire bottle. I took the recommended dosage and can report that the capsules are normal-sized and easy to swallow.I suffer from stomach issues that can make taking supplements and medications difficult.That said, I can happily report that I didn't notice any side effects, such as stomach cramps, upset stomach, headaches, or nausea. I did experience a noticeable increase in alertness and focus. My only complaint would be the need to take three capsules at a time.

As for the three capsules, it can feel like a lot for each serving but we aren't using any fillers. The only thing additional in our formula is organic rice extract, which is less than 2% of the blend and used to help the powder from sticking when encapsulating it. We always aim to have the cleanest label products as possible. We just use the three types of magnesium listed (threonate, glycinate, malate), and unfortunately to get a decent dose of elemental magnesium (without using a cheaper form, like magnesium oxide), it requires 3 capsules for a serving size. The magnesium l-threonate (Magtein) is only 7% elemental magnesium - this isn't something that we control, as it's a patented ingredient, but this formula provides lots of clinically studied health benefits and magnesium needs to be bound to something in order to ingest it. LOVE this supplement. It is easy to take and easy to swallow. It's vegan, non-GMO, and third-party tested. I've noticed an improvement in my focus, energy level and my sleep since I've been taking this regularly. I appreciate that there is a month's worth of servings included. The lion's mane and magnesium are why I tried it, but the Alpha GPC may also be making a positive difference, I'm not sure. I just know that when I do not take it, I notice, and I think that speaks volumes, too. The information about sourcing from Italy and organically is really helpful, especially, for those of us with allergies or sensitivities. I also appreciate the "awesomely American" tag on the label, which made me smile.

The Amandean Brain Health Support supplement with magnesium L-threonate, lions mane and alpha GPC is what I was looking for in a one bottle!Previously, I’ve been taking magnesium and mushroom supplements, especially Lion’s Mane separately - this combination in one bottle is a cost savings for me and helps me remember to take them!! Trying to keep up with multiple supplements, especially at my age - 67 - means forgetting to take them on schedule. Taking supplements consistently is the only way to ensure the best results.I take my magnesium at night and it makes perfect sense to take it before bedtime to help with more restful sleep, and the combination of the Lions mane will help improve my memory.The capsules are not large and the dosage is three per day, which is a 30 day supply. So far I’ve not had any adverse side effects. I have a very sensitive stomach and after taking this for about a week I am happy to report that I’m not experienced any digestive issues.I have noticed some memory improvement but as with any supplement it can take several weeks to notice any significant difference.Pros: vegan, non-GMO, small pill size, easy to swallow, quality ingredients, double safety sealedCons: None

Love the effects of this on my sleep and workout recovery. L-Threonate is amazing stuff for me, and I was taking a mushroom supplement and a magnesium supplement before this. Now, I just take this, and I can tell the difference. $30 for a 30-day supply is a bit pricey, but well worth it if you're looking for this type of supplement.
I wanted to give this product a try since it had some supplements that I was taking individually in one capsule. I try and take combinations when possible to reduce the overall number of pills and capsules that I consume daily. I didn't experience any adverse effects taking the product. However with the dosage being 3 capsules it only nets out to 1 less capsule than if I were to take them individually from my previous suppliers. No problem with the product itself, but the dosage is an issue for me, but not worth removing a star from the rating.
